Why Hiring a DATA DRIVEN MODERN MARKETING TEAM  is the best thing for your business

The recent proliferation in new channels (Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, digital TV, mobile messaging apps)
and new technologies (marketing automation, retargeting, custom audiences) has made it more challenging than ever to deliver a consistent strategy and inspired customer experience. Modern marketers look at things like working dollars vs. non-working dollars. Conversions, leads and churn rate. Likes, comments, and shares. Retweets, reblogs, and reposts. CRM, CPM, CPA, and CPC. The list goes on. via @thenextweb

Tinashe returns to her impressive debut album, Aquarius, today, as she releases her 8-minute video for “Bated Breath.” In the extended clip, Tinashe plays the role of a stranded pilot that is forced to make her way through the desert following a crash while at the same time, belting out the emotional lyrics to the song. Although the visual seems extensive, Tinashe revealed that the production only took about five hours and that is was pretty DIY.

The Best of LifeHack Web Series

Reading a lot of life hacks can help you get better no matter where you are in your life. When you are trying to improve your communication, relationship, career or even fitness skills, we compiled six articles to help you get through tfrom our favourite website: Lifehack. According to WikipediaLife hacking refers to any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that increases productivity and efficiency, in all walks of life. It is arguably a modern appropriation of cutting the Gordian Knot – in other words, anything that solves an everyday problem in an inspired, ingenious manner. The term is primarily used by computer experts who suffer from information overload or those with a playful curiosity in the ways they can accelerate their workflow in ways other than programming. The terms hackhacking, and hacker have a long history of ambiguity in the computing and geek communities, particularly within the free and open source software crowds.

Using body language to be more Attractive

Using body language to be more Attractive

Do you want make people like you?  We are all very strange human beings. What you say can determine someones opinion about you. The same thing is true when it comes to actions. In fact, small non-verbal cues—a smile, length of eye contact, and posture—communicate more to potential romantic interests than that clever line carefully mined from a Will Smith in the Hitch movie (you could always try though that never hurts). This infographic will show you how to appear more confident. The infographic dissects several ways the body communicates and gives some hints for both women and men. Regardless of gender, “crinkly eyed” smiles are considered more sincere, and the 0.5 second smile effectively bridges the gap between smirking and faking. Thanks to the Daily Infographic for this cool graph, it also confirms attraction as the basis for finding a romantic partner, and also to help find out how it will be to work with certain people.  So Revellers, check out this infographic and stop being boring, always show that you are willing and always available (emotionally and physically).

5 Ways (1)

4 Simple Ways To Resolve Any Conflict like a Zen Master

4 Simple Ways To Resolve Any Conflict like a Zen Master

5 Ways (1)

When you think about it, we mostly think of a conflict as something to be feared. In fact, many of us perceive a conflict as a signal that we might have done something wrong. A s a reveller, based on research and experience, let me tell you that it is this very reason that block us from handling these situations better.

In fact, understand that conflict is essentially a form of clarification, that allows us to bring to light all the misunderstandings and hurt that we have with someone.  Please smile now, knowingly that conflict offers an opportunity for mending to take place.  We came across the concept of WOMP. Guess what? It is not  a big deal that you may not do all these steps in the right order the first time. You can give yourself as many chances to practice on your own. Just like anything that you decide to learn, a transformation will become visible little by little until one day you will smile conscious of your achievement.

So tell me, what is a conflict you dont want to deal with ? Will it make your life easier if you detach yourself from it? Let me know how you a=handled past conflict.

Try these words: “Can I talk to you briefly if you have time?”

VOMP is an acronym for a formula to help deal productively with conflict.

  • Voice your concerns/experience: “Venting includes Listening and checking the other for impact .”
  • Own your responsibility in the issue: “Here’s my contribution to the mess.”
  • eMpathize with the other person: “This is what I think/feel it’s like to be in your shoes.”
  • Plan for what will change in the future: “I want you to understand how much I love and value you. You are my partner and I am grateful that you are in my life and for everything that you do for me. What could I do differently to make that real for you?”  Negotiate what will be the plan going forward; how do to things different or not repeat them on both sides.

Can Muslims celebrate Eid in ISLAM with the War in Gaza?

Many people I know are celebrating today Eid. At this time of the year, it is a particularly difficult Eid celebration as many children are losing their lives in Gaza. A sad, but true reality. However , most of friends living in Canada, Africa and in the Middle East, have chosen to celebrate in the name of Allah and are hopeful that a cease fire will be long lasting very soon. Bing in Canada gives you the opportunity to be exposed and interact many various cultured and religions. Knowing a particular religion not only brings you new perspectives in life, it also allows you to carry conversations and feel comfortable anywhere you are, as a reveller should

People belong to Muslim community from all over the world celebrate the Eid with full joy and love. Eid is the festival of togetherness or bhaichara. It is a very important and famous festival in Islamic religion. Eid reflects the love and help towards poor people and humanity.

“Eid al-Fitr (Arabic: عيد الفطر‎ ʻĪd al-FiṭrIPA: [ʕiːd al fitˤr], “festival of breaking of the fast“), also called Feast of Breaking the Fast, the Sugar FeastBayram (Bajram), the Sweet Festival and the Lesser Eid, is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm).

The religious Eid is a single day during which Muslims are not permitted to fast. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan.

The day of Eid, therefore, falls on the first day of the month of Shawwal. This is a day when Muslims around the world show a common goal of unity.

The date for the start of any lunar Hijri month varies based on the observation of new moon by local religious authorities, so the exact day of celebration varies by locality. However, in most countries, it is generally celebrated on the same day as Saudi Arabia.” via Wikipedia

So today, wish your friends and family a Happy Eid. Check out this link for some inspiration here
